09 - 1–2 tbsp butter or oil for frying
10 - Sliced bananas, berries, maple syrup or yogurt for serving (optional)

# How To Make:

01 - Place the rolled oats into a blender or food processor and pulse until they form a coarse flour.
02 - Add bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the blender with oat flour. Blend until a smooth, thick batter forms.

04 - Warm a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
05 - Pour approximately 60 ml (1/4 cup) of batter per pancake onto the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and edges appear set.
06 - Turn the pancakes carefully and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
