# What You Need:
→ Butterfly Pea Flower Infusion
01 - 2 cups water
02 - 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
→ Lemonade Base
03 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 cups cold water

# How To Make:
01 - Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until the water is deep blue. Strain the infusion through a fine mesh strainer and allow to cool.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir with a spoon until the sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Pour 2 cups cold water into the lemon mixture in the pitcher and mix thoroughly.
04 - Place ice cubes and fresh lemon slices into each glass, filling about halfway.
05 - Distribute the cooled butterfly pea flower infusion evenly among the glasses.
06 - Slowly pour the prepared lemonade over the blue infusion in each glass to observe the transformation from blue to purple or pink.
