# How To Make:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan or line with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
03 - Beat softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then incorporate vanilla extract.
04 - Mix in sour cream until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients, stirring just until combined; do not overmix.
05 - Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
