# How To Make:
01 - Use a gingerbread man-shaped cookie cutter to cut shapes from each bread slice, yielding 12 cutouts.
02 - Combine cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a small bowl and mix until smooth.
03 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto 6 bread cutouts.
04 - Top cream cheese with thin slices of apple or banana as desired.
05 - Cover each with a second bread cutout to complete the sandwich.
06 - Use raisins, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles to create faces on the sandwiches; press decorations lightly into the bread.
07 - Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
