10 - 1/4 cup cucumber, diced or sliced
11 - 1/4 cup blue corn tortilla chips, crushed or blue food coloring

# How To Make:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and spreadable.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each cracker or rice cake.
03 - Place crackers in five interlocking rings on a large serving platter to replicate the Olympic rings layout.
04 - Top each group of four crackers with one color topping: black olives for black, cherry tomatoes or red bell pepper for red, yellow bell pepper for yellow, cucumber for green, and blue corn tortilla chips or a dollop of blue-colored cream cheese for blue.
