# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a coffee shop drink but costs pennies and takes less than ten minutes.
  • The shaking creates a creamy, frothy texture that feels luxurious without any fancy equipment.
  • You control the sweetness and can tweak the flavors to match your mood.
02 -
  • Shake it longer than you think you need to, the extra twenty seconds is what turns the drink from good to incredible.
  • Use chilled oat milk straight from the fridge, warm milk won't froth properly and the drink will taste flat.
  • Don't skip straining into fresh ice, pouring it over the same shaker ice makes it watery.
03 -
  • If you don't have a shaker, use a mason jar with a tight lid, it works just as well and you can drink straight from it.
  • For extra richness, add a teaspoon of coconut cream to the shaker before shaking, it makes the foam even thicker.
  • Make the syrup with a pinch of sea salt for a salted caramel vibe that balances the sweetness perfectly.
