# How To Make:
01 - Combine brown sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves completely, then remove from heat. Mix in cinnamon and vanilla extract, then let syrup cool.
02 - Prepare a fresh shot of espresso or brew a strong coffee.
03 - Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or large jar.
04 - Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of brown sugar syrup (to taste), espresso, and chilled oat milk to the shaker filled with ice.
05 - Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and frothy.
