14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Optional Add-ins

15 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
16 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips

# How To Make:

01 - Whisk together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl until evenly blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, beat pumpkin purée, eggs, vegetable oil or melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Add wet ingredients to dry and stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing for tender texture.
04 - Fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if using, taking care not to overwork the batter.
05 - Lightly grease a microwave-safe mug (at least 12 oz). Fill mug halfway with batter (approximately 1/2 cup).
06 - Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes until set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
07 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
08 - Pour batter into pan and smooth surface. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center is clean.
09 - Let loaf cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
