# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Crispy and golden without the guilt or mess of deep frying
  • Ranch flavor baked right into every bite, no dipping required
  • Ready in under an hour with ingredients you probably already have
  • Disappears so fast youll wish you doubled the batch
02 -
  • Pat the mushrooms completely dry before coating or the breading will slide right off in the oven
  • Flip them at the halfway mark or the bottom will stay soft and pale instead of crispy
  • Don't crowd the pan; cramped mushrooms steam instead of crisping
03 -
  • Use a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for even crispier results all around
  • Double the ranch seasoning and keep the extra in a jar for popcorn, roasted veggies, or anything that needs a flavor boost
  • Press the panko coating on firmly with your hands so it actually sticks and crisps instead of falling off
