# What You Need:
→ Dough
01 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
06 - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg
→ Garlic Butter
08 - ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
09 - 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
11 - ½ teaspoon salt
→ Topping
12 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
13 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
# How To Make:
01 - Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly.
03 - Gradually incorporate flour into the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead by hand or mixer for 6 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm location for 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
05 - Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a separate bowl until combined.
06 - Punch down risen dough. Divide into 16 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.
07 - Dip each dough ball into garlic butter, then arrange in a greased 9-inch round pan, layering with half the Parmesan cheese if stacking.
08 - Loosely cover the pan and allow dough balls to rise for 30 minutes until puffy.
09 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
10 - Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough balls.
11 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
12 - Let cool slightly, garnish with additional parsley if desired, and serve warm.
