# How To Make:
- Cook chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the pan and discarding the rest.
- Add diced onions to the reserved bacon fat in the skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are deeply golden and caramelized, roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, mix caramelized onions, crisp bacon, and sour cream until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
