# What You Need:

01 - 4 skinless, boneless cod fillets (5.3–6.3 oz each)

→ Garlic Butter

02 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest

→ Herbs

06 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
08 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

→ Seasonings

09 - ½ tsp sea salt
10 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
11 - ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

→ Garnish

12 - Lemon wedges
13 - Extra fresh herbs

# How To Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish to fit fillets in a single layer.
02 - Pat cod fillets dry using paper towels and arrange them in the baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and half of the chopped parsley, dill, and chives.
04 - Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over cod fillets. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika if using.
05 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
06 - Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining herbs over the fillets, and serve with lemon wedges.
