06 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

# How To Make:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface with the longer side facing you.
03 - Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the pastry, leaving a ½ inch border around the edges.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
05 - Place pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese and optionally sprinkle Parmesan cheese and dried herbs.
06 - Starting from the long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log and pinch the edge to seal.
