# How To Make:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
04 - Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
05 - Fold the chopped walnuts into the batter evenly.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the surface with a spatula, and optionally sprinkle extra walnuts on top.
07 - Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean or with a few moist crumbs.
