- Vegetables: 2 large orange carrots, 2 large yellow carrots, 2 large purple carrots, 2 large red carrots (or additional orange/yellow if unavailable)
- Garnish & Serving: 4 tall glasses, Crushed ice (optional for chilling and presentation), Fresh parsley or dill sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Wash and peel all the carrots thoroughly.
- Step 2:
- Cut the carrots into uniform sticks approximately 10 cm (4 inches) long and 1 cm (½ inch) thick.
- Step 3:
- If desired place a layer of crushed ice in the bottom of each tall glass to keep the carrots crisp.
- Step 4:
- Arrange an equal mix of the different colored carrot sticks upright in each glass.
- Step 5:
