# What You Need:

01 - 1 ripe pineapple
02 - 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
03 - 1 mango, peeled and diced
04 - 1/2 cup strawberries (75 g), hulled and quartered
05 - 1/2 cup seedless grapes (75 g), halved
06 - 1/2 cup blueberries (75 g)
→ Dressing & Garnish
07 - Juice of 1/2 lime
08 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
09 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
# How To Make:
01 - Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise, keeping the leaves attached for presentation.
02 - Cut around the edge of one pineapple half, leaving a 1/2 inch border; carefully cube the flesh without piercing the skin and scoop out the pieces into a large bowl.
03 - Discard the pineapple core from the cubed flesh.
04 - Add kiwi, mango, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries to the bowl with the pineapple cubes.
05 - Whisk together lime juice and honey or maple syrup in a small bowl.
06 - Drizzle the dressing over the mixed fruits and toss gently to combine.
07 - Spoon the fruit mixture back into the hollowed pineapple half and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
