# What You Need:
→ Dairy
01 - 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt or regular yogurt
→ Fruit
02 - 1 cup mixed seasonal fruit, chopped (such as strawberries, blueberries, peaches, kiwi)
→ Grains & Sweeteners
03 - 1/2 cup granola
04 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
# How To Make:
01 - Wash, peel, and chop the seasonal fruit as necessary.
02 - Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the base of two clear glasses or jars.
03 - Add a layer of chopped fruit followed by a layer of granola over the yogurt.
04 - Continue layering with remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola, finishing with fruit and a sprinkle of granola on top.
05 - Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
